Ted & Dr.Tse

A Relationship Between an Addict and his Drug Dealer

During the American Civil War, Teddy Jamison (seen on the left) fought for the Conferdracy to preserve and spread the values of the South. During the next four years, Ted witnessed the atrocities of war, became addicted to opiates, and lost his left leg. After the war Ted retreated to southern Texas, where he has lived as a survivalist ever since. To releive his physical and mental pain, Ted routinely smokes opium, injects heroin, drinks morphine and takes cocaine. Failing this, he drinks alcohol, allot of it.

The majority of medicine in the Wild West, is today considered illegal for recreational use. Because of this, neither Ted nor the government viewed substances extracted from opiate poppies or coca plants as harmful. Unfortunately this cocktail of drugs has dramatically changed his appearance and mental health, rendering him a psychotically deranged sociopath, who is commonly branded as a 'domestic terrorist', fighting for lost causes.

After the Civil War the drugs market experienced a huge boom in expansion and profits due to high demands from injured veterans. Asian communities immigrating to the US were often subject to work in construction or the opium trade.

In the late 70's Dr.Tse (seen on the right) immigrated to Texas in search of the 'American Dream', what he discovered was a population of deluded dimwits he could exploit. From the money made by selling people formulas composed of urine and ink, he invested his profits into an Opium Den business.

Naturally Ted was interested in Dr.Tse' products, a relationship between the customer and the seller instantly formed. Unfortunately for Dr.Tse, Ted became such a regular customer that he virtually lived in Opium Den.
